Space
Fourth Floor, Private Treatment Rooms
The clinic is located at 臺北市大安區忠孝東路四段 250 號 4 樓, directly by Exit 5 of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall MRT Station. Please remove your shoes upon entering. Visits are by appointment, and we prepare the treatment room before you arrive. If you have limited mobility, please call first so we can explain the actual access route.

Equipment
What equipment is in the treatment rooms and what each item does
The following uses generic equipment names only, without brands or model numbers. The reason is explained at the end of this section. Each item describes only its operating function and makes no claim about treatment outcomes.
Why are equipment brands omitted? Under the Medical Devices Act (醫療器材管理法), medical-device advertising requires regulatory approval, and efficacy claims are limited to those in the approved Chinese-language labeling. A platform publishing an unapproved advertisement may itself be penalized. Instead of naming a brand without also providing its approval documents, we explain what the equipment does—which is more useful when evaluating treatment.
Infection Control

Infection control is one of the most fundamental disciplines of a dental clinic, and ours is on official record: our clinic participates in the Ministry of Health and Welfare National Health Insurance Administration’s Enhanced Infection Control Program for Dental Outpatient Clinics (牙醫門診加強感染管制實施方案).
The program is established by the National Health Insurance Administration. Participating clinics must follow requirements for instrument sterilization, environmental cleaning and disinfection, and procedural records, and are subject to inspection. You can verify our participation in the Administration’s contracted-provider records using medical institution code 3701028607.
Our clinic is also a Taiwan's National Health Insurance contracted medical institution (contracted since 2021) and participates in the Integrated Periodontal Treatment Program (牙周病統合性照護計畫). Its coverage and eligibility requirements are explained on the Periodontal Health and Dental Implants page.
Licensed & Registered
Government approval comes before opening
In Taiwan, a dental clinic may only open after it has been approved and registered by the health authority and issued a practice license under the Medical Care Act. Each item below is on official record.
- Practice Approval
- Our clinic is a legally established, government-approved medical institution, medical institution code 3701028607; every practicing dentist holds a physician certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
- NHI Contracted Clinic
- A National Health Insurance contracted clinic; general dentistry and periodontal treatment follow NHI rules. The registration fee is NT$150. How self-paid fees are structured is explained in the fee structure section on the homepage.
- Dentist Credentials
- The education, training and association credentials of all four dentists are published item by item — see the Our Dentists page; every item can be verified independently.
- Infection Control
- A participant in the NHI Enhanced Infection Control Program for Dental Outpatient Clinics, following its requirements for instrument sterilization, environmental cleaning and record keeping, and subject to inspection.
